The Journey

  Alchemy isn't where Valerie started, but it's where she ended up.

Through exploring Tarot starting in 2013, she quickly found her way into the 

world of the Witch and the healing power that comes from within.  

Valerie originally started Laughing Bat as a Tarot service, but quickly evolved into creating candles as offerings to the spirits she personally works with. Pairing her education from the Trauma Informed Care Institute with her spiritual journey growing from ancestor work, to deity work. She eventually further developed her mediumship skills through close mentorship with her spiritual community, Laughing bat now has a full array of services including guided meditations, Tarot, and intuitively created custom candles and home adornments.

Laughing Bat is founded on the pillars of self healing, curiosity, playfulness, and joy. It is Valerie's mission to aid you in your healing journey, with a trauma informed understanding, to becoming your most authentic self.
